We focus on only a handful of projects so that our principals can be personally immersed in all aspects of our work. Below is a sampling of current and/or recent projects.
The Ocean Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is the Bahamas’ most storied resort—the playground of celebrities, the backdrop for movies, and the epitome of glamorous island living for generations. It is set on 35 lush acres overlooking a five-mile stretch of pristine white sand beach on Paradise Island, across an inland waterway from Nassau.
Now, on its 60th anniversary, The Ocean Club is introducing The Ocean Club Four Seasons Residences, a gated, curated collection of just 67 private, turnkey oceanfront condominiums that will have their own dedicated amenities as well as full access to the famed resort.
BURNETT has been a key member of the pre-development planning team since 2022 and is leading the project’s marketing and pre-sales.
Hamak Venao is located at Panama’s emerging surfing mecca of Playa Venao, 45 minutes by air south of Panama City. The resort will feature 56 two, three and four-bedroom contemporary branded villas nestled in the site’s rolling hillsides. They will be complimented with a 20-key boutique hotel, beach club, wellness center and other amenities cascading to a protected, crescent shaped beach. The project represents a new level in the evolution of Panama as a luxury resort destination.
BURNETT is working with Panama’s Chagres Capital, Urban Development Group, and Mexico’s Hamak Hotels to lead the resort’s pre-development planning, marketing strategy and sales.
The Culinary Institute of America, overlooking the Hudson River at Hyde Park, New York, is the world’s premier culinary college. With 47 instruction kitchens, 5 on site restaurants, and robust cultural programing it produces the world’s most celebrated chefs, sommeliers, and restauranteurs.
BURNETT is working with developers Nolan Reynolds International and the Institute to create a boutique hotel and residences directly adjacent to the campus. Just an hour and a half north of New York City, homeowners will enjoy privileged access to the Institutes’ classes, restaurants, special events and staffing…in addition to all of the outdoor recreation that the Hudson Valley has to offer.
Casa Chameleon Hotel is a celebrated, highly acclaimed, and photographed aerie perched high above the enchanting new beach town of Las Catalinas in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The hotel’s spectacular views, attentive staff, and award-winning cuisine immerses guests in Pura Vida, the essence of the Costa Rican lifestyle.
BURNETT debuted and is advising on Casa Chameleon’s Private Residences overlooking the famed coastline and bays below. Owners will enjoy private pools, expansive terraces for entertaining, and privileged access to the dining, concierge, and amenities of the hotel…as well as the abundant outdoor adventures that Costa Rica is famous for.
The Naples Beach Club is a 125-acre project with 1,000 feet of white sand beach minutes from downtown Naples, Florida. It will feature a 216-room Four Seasons hotel, a Fazio re-imagined golf course, 180 condominiums, and an amenitized village including a cinema, Kids Club, restaurant, spa and fitness center.
BURNETT served as principal advisor from 2020 through 2021 on pre-development planning and marketing, and helped lead the project’s debut in early 2021. The project achieved nearly $700 million in sales during BURNETT’s tenure, averaging more than $3,500 per square foot, exceeding all local records.
The Mandarin Oriental Grand Cayman is located on 67 acres with 700 feet of white sand beach on the southernmost tip of Grand Cayman. The first Mandarin residences in the Caribbean, it will consist of a 100 key Mandarin hotel, 85 branded residences, a spa and wellness center, multiple dining venues, and other amenities.
BURNETT completed the project’s pre-development planning, created the marketing strategy, onboarded the sales team, and positioned the project for its market debut.
