Our Team

Robert Burnett

Robert Burnett, Founder, brings 40 years’ experience conceiving, marketing and pre-selling communities, has overseen more than $8 billion in projects throughout the world, and has held senior executive positions with major real estate organizations.

He served as an early executive of Sotheby’s International Realty, as Executive Vice President of New York’s largest full service real estate organization during his tenure, Head of Real Estate for a 13,000 acre Hawaiian resort, led global marketing & sales of the world’s first residential ocean liner, created the business plan for Christies to enter real estate, and built Burnett Partners into industry leaders.

He serves on the Recreational Development Council of Urban Land Institute, the Advisory Board of International Luxury Hotel Association, and on the boards of multiple non-profit organizations. He has been cited as an industry authority by The New York Times, ABC News, Forbes, and other international media.

He holds a B.A. from Bowdoin College and an MBA from Columbia University School of Business.

Bill Houghton

Bill Houghton, Partner, is a real estate marketing and sales leader who brings a 25-year track record planning, executing, leading and analyzing marketing programs for major destination projects. His marketing strategies have helped to drive $4 billion in luxury real estate sales in the past two decades.

His leadership roles include Principal Broker for Montage Residences Deer Valley, head of Marketing and Sales for Park City’s Red Ledges, Senior Vice President for Kiawah Island, President of The Landings Company in Savannah, and Chief Marketing Officer for Reynolds Lake Oconee.

Bill is the ex officio Chair of the American Association of Retirement Communities, holds broker licenses in 5 states, and is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Rider University.

He has undergraduate degrees from Syracuse University and an MBA in Marketing Research from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Randy Burgess

Randy Burgess, Partner, brings a 30-year track record of successful recruiting, training, and supporting teams that have sold out luxury resort and urban communities throughout the United States and overseas.

His many projects have included the iconic Four Seasons Palazzo Tornabuoni in Florence, Tucker’s Point Club and The Reefs Hotel and Residences in Bermuda, Calistoga Ranch in Napa Valley, The Phillips Club in New York, The Deer Valley Club in Utah, The World in Norway, and Sea Island in Georgia, among others.

He has a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia, holds brokerage licenses in multiple states, and has been a featured speaker at numerous industry conferences.

Randy Burgess
Corey McBride, Director of Sales, is a seasoned and effective sales leader who brings 23 years of experience directing, training, and mentoring sales professionals in luxury master planned communities.

He began his career as a Sales Assistant at River Landing Country Club in North Carolina…grew to become a consistent multi-million dollar producer for The Ginn Company, where his teams generated over $800 million in sales, and went on to serve as VP/Sales at luxury projects in Bahamas, Florida, Belize and Georgia, where he worked with Four Seasons, Waldorf Astoria, St. Regis, and Hard Rock. He joined Burnett Partners in 2022 and currently leads Sales at the Ocean Club, Four Seasons Residences on Paradise Island, Bahamas.

He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, and holds real estate licenses in multiple states.

Randy Burgess

Kerissa Voldeck, Creative Director, brings a breadth of experience developing marketing strategies, brand partnership opportunities, brand systems and messaging for ultra-luxury projects.

She began her career with Innovart, a Miami-based brand agency,  as Creative Director and Lead Designer on multiple real estate projects. She later joined global creative agency DBOX as Art Director, rising to ultimately become Creative Director and Associate Partner leading full-service accounts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties across North America.

Her many projects have included Mandarin Oriental Residences, Beverly Hills; The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach; Four Seasons Residences at The Surf Club and Fairmont Century Plaza Residences, amongst others.

In 2021 she founded Kēvo Studio, where she serves as Executive Creative Director and leads branding of major luxury projects, including The Ocean Club, Four Seasons Residences, Bahamas.

She is a graduate of New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Brand and Packaging Design.
